The Y-ATG Graduate Development Program (GDP) has been designed to provide required developmental input to our Engineering and Management Graduates and prepare them for leadership roles on a fast track.

We recruit for GDP through a rigorous selection process. The graduates undergo a predefined period of training with planned projects and are assigned coach and a mentor to guide them. Learning is the key focus for the graduates in this program and they are provided with periodic functional and behavioral trainings to complement the on-the-job learning acquired. The Leadership at Y-ATG is highly invested in this program and graduates get exposure to the top leadership

Through the Graduate Development Program the graduates can expect stimulating work, the chance to connect and learn from their colleagues from across functions, the opportunity to contribute to leading-edge projects and have loads of fun!
