Best in Class: New 5 Year Warranty for the Entire Galaxy Solid Tire Range

Alliance Tire Group extends the warranty to 5 years on the entire Galaxy solid tire range as of January 1st, 2020, thus offering one of the longest warranty periods in the industry. The 5-year warranty is a statement of confidence in the superior quality of the tires and the expertise of Alliance Tire Group’s engineers in combination with high manufacturing skills and the powerful knowledge backup of the Yokohama mother company. “We are fully committed to innovation, latest technology, and premium components, and we have enormous confidence in the resulting quality and reliability of our tires. That is why we introduced this industry-leading 5-year warranty standard for the entire Galaxy solid tire segment for our customers as of 2020”, highlights Angelo Noronha, President EMEA at Alliance Tire Group.
The new extended warranty further adds to the high value of Galaxy solid tires and provides additional benefits for customers. The range includes a wide range of top-performing tire patterns for various applications on forklifts, skidsteers, wheel loaders, telehandlers and vehicles like baggage carts etc.
Extended warranty for “normal operational challenges”
The new 5-year limited warranty covers “Resilient Solid Tires” and “Non-Marking Solid Tires” common in Europe as well as “Press on band Solid Tires” which are mainly marketed by Alliance Tire Group in other regions of the world. The warranty is valid for 60 months from the date of purchase as of January 2020, confirmed by a valid invoice from the distributor/dealer to the end customer, except for the cases of improper handling and/or use (conditions apply). Furthermore, the warranty ends when the 60J safety line is reached on the sidewall of Resilient Solid Tires & Non-marking solid tires. In case of Press on band Solid Tires, the warranty lasts only until the loss of up to two thirds of the original rubber height due to operational wear.

The new warranty confirms the value and benefits of Galaxy solid tires. In addition to YardMaster SDS and Beefy Baby SDS, the new warranty applies to Liftop SDS, Lifter SDS, Liftop SDS IND, Hulk SDS, LHD 500 SDS, Super Smooth SDS, Super High Lift SDS, and YM SDS. These tires require zero maintenance and can be operated with zero downtime even in challenging operational surroundings. They offer high ride comfort, show less heat build-up, and are heat resistant. In addition to cut, chip and abrasion resistance, operators can rely on optimal ground stability.
