Two new sizes of Galaxy LDSR 510 launched

Two new sizes of the LDSR 510 in Yokohama ATG Tires’ Galaxy portfolio mean that a true masterpiece in terms of traction and durability is now available for an even broader range of wheel loaders and dozers used in earth moving and mining. Galaxy’s LDSR 510 tires are developed and built for severe conditions and off-road operation with heavy loads. That is why superior dependability, excellent traction, durability and cut resistance are key characteristics of the range. The Galaxy LDSR 510 is an all-steel radial tire constructed with premium tread compounds to reliably withstand everyday harsh challenges. The extra deep, non-directional block tread ensures excellent performance as well as abrasion and cut resistance also on rocky and gravel-type surfaces.

“Application specific, purpose built”

This general claim for Galaxy tires also applies to the Galaxy LDSR 510. Thanks to the tire’s specific material and construction, important characteristics such as ground stability, load carrying capacity and tire life achieve a top ‘9 of 10’ ranking. The non-directional tread blocks ensure a similar performance in terms of traction and stability both in forward and reverse operations and allow for a convenient, wear-reducing tire rotation. The high turn-up carcass construction protects the tire against external damages as well as sidewall cuts particularly in cut-prone applications and ensures increased lateral stiffness, better riding comfort and prolonged tire life. With these two new sizes, the Galaxy LDSR 510 is now available in sizes 17.5R25, 20.5R25 and 23.5R25.
