ALLIANCE partners with SDF’s Power Tour 2019

SAME Deutz-Fahr S.p.A. (SDF) are touring France this year to present some of their latest tractor models. Alliance became the official tire partner throughout this 2019 Power Tour.

Modern tractors and latest agricultural tire technology make for a perfect match! That is why we happily took the opportunity to join Deutz-Fahr on their Power Tour 2019 as an exclusive tire partner. Phase one of this three-part event was launched at SIMA in Paris this year. At the Deutz-Fahr fair stand, mutual videos of SAME Deutz-Fahr (SDF) and Alliance were looping through large screens, and three SDF tractors plus a Gregoire harvesting machine, all equipped with Alliance tires, provided impressive hands-on experiences to the visitors of this important show. In addition, raffle tickets with the imprint ”SAME Deutz-Fahr in partnership with Alliance” were distributed during the show.

As the second step, French SDF dealers were invited to the Alliance product trainings in Cognac – SDF base in France. All in all, more than 160 representatives of French dealerships participated in five half-day training with a deep dive into the world of tire technology and innovation.

Whilst these were two “powerful” steps already, the true “Power-part of the Tour” started with three demonstration events of Deutz-Fahr tractors in April. On five of the brand’s tractors, Alliance tire types 372 Agriflex, Alliance 365 and Alliance 370 were part of the shows. Well-chosen for modern tractors and latest tire technology, these events took place on the circuit de Kerlabo in Brittany (11th April), on the circuit Chenevières, Grand Est region (18th April), and on the CEERTA Circuit d’Issoire in the Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes region (25th April). On all three occasions, the ATG truck and trailer and our Alliance / Galaxy stands were welcoming all the visitors exhibiting our best in class agricultural tire range.

At Alliance, we are proud to be the partner of SAME Deutz-Fahr during this Power Tour. It offers great opportunities to present the know-how of Alliance as designer and manufacturer of Off-Highway Tires for all agricultural applications. As all events of the Power Tour are organised on race tracks, they provide a wonderful opportunity for us to demonstrate the capabilities of our tires to perform – both on roads and in fields. At the same time, these events allow us to meet many customers and benefit from their experiences. It is also based on such occasions that we gain further knowledge, that we improve our tires day after day – so that we do not only meet but exceed the expectations of our customers. In combination with our tight local networks of partners, we can provide the reliable support that our customers need.

The participation in this Deutz-Fahr Power Tour was a wonderful and highly successful adventure for the Alliance team. Our colleagues were already able to meet the majority of all SDF dealers in France, and there is yet one more event to come. The fourth occasion to experience technology and performance of both Deutz-Fahr tractors and Alliance tires during the Power Tour 2019 will be at Innov-Agri Show on 4–5 September 2019. The conclusion, however, is already clear: Our participation in the Deutz-Fahr-Power Tour 2019 was a lot more than just fun for visitors, Deutz-Fahr and Alliance alike!
